 David A. Kaye as Sage is soooo cute!!!You know, i'm not sure how many episodes i saw before Haven. The truth is that while i liked the show, i really hadn't become a fan of it yet. It conflicted with another show that i already watched and was a big fan of at the time, so at first i only saw Dark Angel sporadically (about every other week). So i hadn't seen Blah Blah, Woof Woof, i didn't know that Max had seizures, and i don't remember that much about Logan being on his feet (except that it proved my suspicions that he could walk in RL).
All that and i almost didn't watch it. Haven's preview made it look like the ep would have ghosts or that the boy would be psychic: i didn't want to see that. But i'm so glad that i decided to watch the ep anyway, because it wasn't like that at all, and for reasons i'll never understand it made me an instant fan. It reaffirmed my faith in Cameron and TPTB of Dark Angel, the faith i had slowly been losing since i'd seen Prodigy, and i suddenly couldn't get enough of the show. From here on out i understood plot lines and twists in a way that was uncanny, and i just absorbed all the Dark Angel i could get my hands on. It was a total God-thing, and i don't think that i'll doubt this show again. | ||

So while i found the show to be pretty interesting, i was too lost to say that i liked the show enough to become a regualar viewer (i am so glad that i caught so many reruns a little later on). And then i saw Haven: all of a sudden the series just clicked for me, and i instantly understood what was going on. What i love about this episode is that Max was vulnerable for once. Logan could take care of himself, and her at the same time, because the chair didn't make him less of a man, even if he felt that way.
